With more than 25 years of experience in the field of public law and regulatory, he specialises in infrastructure projects covering a wide range of domains, such as construction contracts, concession agreements, PPP, public and utilities procurement, and litigation (including arbitration). Pedro has completed a Master's thesis in public law (concessions agreements), lectures on several postgraduate law courses and is included in a variety of arbitrators' lists.
