About Pei-Ching Ji

Pei-Ching Ji is a partner at Lee, Tsai & Partners and a former prosecutor. She is well known for her work in public contract disputes. She has successfully represented the Taipei city government in various high-profile cases, including the cases against Farglory Dome Co Ltd in relation to the construction of the Taipei dome, and the case against Eastern Dome Management Co Ltd in relation to the management and operation contract for the Taipei arena. Pei-Ching has also successfully represented construction firms in government dispute resolution procedures, as well as litigation and arbitration over construction contract performance disputes.
