About Philip Francis

Philip Francis is a senior associate in the Finance and Projects team at Tope Adebayo LP, where he advises on private equity, project and corporate finance, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. He represents sponsors, investors and financial institutions in acquisition financing, investment structuring, legal due diligence, equity investment contracts, security arrangements and regulatory compliance. His project development and structured finance experience informs his understanding of private capital investments in the infrastructure and energy sectors. Philip holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Ahmadu Bello University and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
