is highly respected and experienced in litigation and criminal law matters, with a particular focus on financial and employment disputes affecting major French and international groups. An active contributor to the legal press, he is also recognised for his in-house risk awareness training programmes, including a video presentation distributed throughout a leading international construction group for its risk awareness initiative and a series of interactive presentations for a global leader specialising in geotechnical and civil engineering. Philippe is also very active in assisting clients with the implementation of the Sapin II law and the new mandatory anti-corruption measures it introduced. Previously a partner at a leading French law firm (now Orrick Rambaud Martel), he then joined international law firm Proskauer Rose and subsequently participated in ALTANA’s creation with former partners of Rambaud Martel and international law firms.
