About Philippe Goossens

Philippe Goossens is highly respected and experienced in litigation and criminal law matters, with a particular focus on financial and employment disputes affecting major French and international groups. An active contributor to the legal press, he is also recognised for his in-house risk-awareness training programmes, including a video presentation distributed throughout a leading international construction group for its risk awareness initiative as well as a series of interactive presentations for a global leader specialised in geotechnical and civil engineering. He is also very active in assisting his clients with the implementation of the Sapin II law and the new mandatory anti-corruption measures it introduced. Previously a partner at a leading French law firm (now Orrick Rambaud Martel), he then joined the international law firm Proskauer Rose and subsequently participated in Altana’s creation with former partners of Rambaud Martel and international law firms.
