Philippe M. Reich is a seasoned partner, heading Baker McKenzie Switzerland’s international trade and foreign investment practice and India desk and serving on the firm's global India practice steering committee. He has advised leading Swiss and international clients since 1996 on international trade laws, regulations and foreign investments, with a focus on bilateral relations with the EU, the UK, the US and India, and established the firm’s Swiss trade practice. He regularly publishes in Swiss and international publications and media, and speaks at Swiss and international conferences on trade compliance and Swiss international relations. Philippe is a member of the Swiss and Zurich Bar Association.
