About Phong Nguyen

Phong Nguyen is a partner at Asia Counsel Vietnam and specialises in M&A, capital markets, banking and finance and corporate and commercial law. He has practiced law in Vietnam since 2003 and has extensive experience in advising clients on their investment and acquisition projects there. Prior to joining Asia Counsel, Phong spent approximate 15 years with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Gide Loyrette Nouel and Hogan Lovells, where he was in charge of high-value M&A and financing matters. At Asia Counsel, he leverages his multidisciplinary approach and understanding of both domestic and international practices to provide comprehensive advice.
