About Pia Pracht

Pia Pracht is counsel at GÖRG and a German attorney specialising in labour and employment law. Admitted to the German Bar in 2014, she advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. Her practice focuses on corporate restructurings, M&A-related employment issues, executive service agreements, and employment litigation. She has particular expertise in advising US healthcare companies and their German subsidiaries and, as a member of GÖRG’s French Desk, also advises French clients in French. Pia is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and the German-French Lawyers Association.
