About Pieter Puelinckx

Pieter Puelinckx has been a partner since 2002 in the real estate and projects practices at Linklaters. Pieter has significant experience of corporate, real estate and financial law, and has been the firm’s global hotel and leisure co-leader for a number of years. His practice covers M&A and asset transactions, project and project finance assignments (schools, tunnel, bridge and road infrastructures, and industrial projects such as chemical and power plants, some arranged through PPPs), as well as all of the corporate and financing aspects of these projects. He has emerged as a major reference in Belgium for real estate, project finance, infrastructure and construction law and PPP projects.
