Pranjal Bhattacharya is a counsel at AZB & Partners and is part of the firm’s energy, infrastructure and sustainability practices in its Delhi office. With more than nine years’ experience, Pranjal’s expertise includes advising on all aspects of project development and operation, including conducting due diligences and bankability analysis as part of M&A transactions, advising on transaction structures and regulatory framework for project development, drafting tender documents, drafting and negotiating EPC contracts, O&M agreements and PPAs. His key practice areas include conventional and renewable energy, railways and metros, roads, ports, oil and gas, mining and urban infrastructure. Pranjal is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi, India.
