Prashanth Shivadass is an advocate and partner at Shivadass & Shivadass. He holds a distinction degree in Competition Law from Queen Mary University of London. Prashanth advises both domestic and international clients on a variety of areas, including taxation, competition and antitrust laws, data protection and allied laws, company and corporate laws, across various sectors. Prashanth has also appeared in over 1,000 commercial litigation, corporate, taxation (direct and indirect) and competition matters for clients all over India, including before various Tribunals, High Courts and the Supreme Court. Prashanth is also an empanelled advocate for the Competition Commission of India (CCI), representing the CCI across different fora (effective 2024).
