About Qiaojing Ella Zheng

Qiaojing Ella Zheng is managing partner of Sanford Heisler Sharp McKnight’s Palo Alto and San Francisco offices. She founded the firm’s Asian American Litigation and Finance practice in 2019. She secured a USD8.3 million arbitration award for a semiconductor company co-founder and is lead counsel in a 2026 whistle-blower retaliation action against xAI and SpaceX. She has extensive experience representing executives and managerial personnel in both public litigation and privately negotiated settlements. She is admitted in New York and California, she serves on the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association’s Nominating Committee, and as a co-chair of its Women Leadership Network.
