About Roxana Bărboi

Roxana Bărboi is an associate in Vlăsceanu & Partners’ corporate and M&A practice, with a particular focus on the renewable energy sector. Prior to joining the firm, Roxana developed her transactional expertise at a leading international law firm, where she was involved in complex M&A transactions across multiple industries. Her practice centres on supporting transactions end-to-end, from due diligence and deal structuring through to the implementation of all requisite corporate steps at closing and post-closing. Roxana is recognised for her meticulous and detail-oriented approach, and her ability to manage concurrent workstreams under tight timelines.
