Robert Mutembei Koome is the managing partner at KMK Africa Advocates LLP. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Certified Public Secretary and a seasoned commercial law practitioner. Robert leads the firm’s corporate, real estate and tax practices, advising financial institutions, SACCOs, developers and corporate entities on complex transactions, conveyancing and regulatory compliance. He has extensive experience in mortgage refinancing, tax dispute resolution and technology law. A former law lecturer and Legal Aid Project Manager, Robert actively mentors young legal professionals while delivering highly practical, strategic counsel to regional and international enterprise clients.
