About Robert Melkus

Robert Melkus specialises in civil and commercial law, debt recovery and representing clients in judicial, arbitral and administrative proceedings. As part of the team representing the state, he helped defeat a EUR73 million claim brought by a German developer in investment arbitration. At Melkus Kejla & Partners, he advises leading names in leasing and telecommunications – including the operator of the country’s largest telecommunications network – representing them successfully in litigation and arbitration. He is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
