He has extensive experience in capital markets transactions (bond and Eurobond issues, IPOs, documenting derivatives transactions) and is active in matters of insolvency law. Robert has advised a large number of clients, including banks, corporate clients and investors, in a range of high-profile cross-border and domestic banking and finance transactions. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Robert worked for renowned international law firms in Prague and London over a period of more than 20 years.
