About Robert Nersesjan

Robert Nersesjan is a junior associate and a competition law specialist with a focus on regulation, compliance and strategic advice. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Commercial Law at Masaryk University in Brno, where his research focuses on competition law and antitrust enforcement in the digital sector. Robert contributes to providing advice on various issues, including abuse of dominance, merger clearance, cartels, foreign direct investment and compensation of damages caused by anti-competitive conduct. He has represented clients in proceedings before both the Czech competition authority and the European Commission. Robert is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
