Roberto Vidal is a partner and co-leads the Corporate & Commercial Law and M&A practice groups at Morgan & Morgan. With over 16 years of experience, he specialises in banking law, insurance law, project finance, M&A, capital markets and regulatory matters. Roberto has participated in and led transactions in various industries and has also assisted local and international clients in the fintech industry with regulatory matters regarding the implementation of fintech products and tools in Panama, such as e-wallets, exchanges and payment service providers. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an international associate at White & Case in Miami, Florida.
