About Rodrigo Carvalho

Rodrigo Carvalho is a partner at Mansur Murad Advogados and head of the Innovation practice, leading the firm’s work on technology-based intangible assets and advising clients on AI governance and legal matters relating to frontier technologies. His academic background includes specialisations in intellectual property, contracts and technology, and he is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Business Law at ISE/IESE. His experience includes advising on and implementing AI governance policies for companies across different industries, as well as leading the Brazilian administrative patent proceedings in the DABUS case.
