About Rodrigo Zaldivar

Rodrigo Zaldivar focuses his practice on venture capital, private equity and M&A transactions, working closely with international clients – particularly from Latin America – on their investments and operations in the United States. He advises start-ups on establishing optimal US corporate structures to facilitate capital raising, and supports them throughout fundraising rounds and day-to-day legal matters. Rodrigo also counsels foreign entities, family-owned businesses, private investors and high net worth individuals on structuring and executing their US investment strategies. His experience spans a wide range of commercial agreements across both civil and common law systems.
