About Rogelio D. Torres, Jr.

Rogelio D. Torres, Jr. is a partner in CMT’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. His practice includes dispute prevention and resolution, labour and employment, corporate governance and regulation, rehabilitation and reorganisation, banking, energy and mining disputes, and anti-money laundering compliance. He regularly advises employers on labour standards, workplace policies, collective bargaining and termination matters and represents clients before courts and quasi-judicial agencies. He has served as an Investigating Commissioner of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Commission on Bar Discipline since 2019.
