About Roger Fischer
Roger Fischer
is a senior manager in the M&A tax team of PwC Spain. He has extensive experience advising on major M&A transactions as well as in providing tax structuring advice. He is a tax specialist in alternative funds formation and advises international funds on Spanish tax matters. He has a double degree in law and business administration from the University of Barcelona and a Master’s degree in Tax Advice and Planning, as well as an LLM, from the International University of Catalonia.
