About Rogério Taffarello

Rogério Taffarello has extensive experience in corporate criminal litigation, having defended local and foreign individuals and companies in many of Brazil’s major criminal investigations and proceedings over the last 20 years. He is currently a member of the São Paulo State Bar Association’s (OAB-SP) Attorney Privilege Council, as well as a former member of its Criminal Procedural Law Committee. Rogério is also a guest professor for undergraduate and postgraduate criminal and procedural law courses at various Brazilian institutions. He has been ranked among Brazil’s leading white-collar lawyers by Chambers and Partners.
