Roland de Vlam
is counsel and an attorney at law and co-heads the firm’s energy team. He represents his clients in administrative and civil litigation, in proceedings before the Dutch energy regulator (ACM) and in legislative processes. Furthermore, he advises market parties on regulatory aspects of energy-related transactions and projects. His engagements include renewable and conventional production, transmission and (smart) distribution, storage and energy efficiency; all with respect to gas, power, heat and (drinking) water. Roland is a member of the Dutch Bar Association and of the Dutch Energy Law Association (NeVER). He regularly speaks and publishes on energy-related topics.
