About Roman Bradu

Roman Bradu founded Bradu, Neagu & Associates in 2011. He is a white-collar crime litigator and leads the firm’s criminal practice, while overseeing every area the firm covers. As an expert in business crime, he has taken on a widely acknowledged record of “bet the company” cases involving senior executives and major multinational corporations. Among these is his ongoing representation of Petrotel-Lukoil, the third largest refinery in Romania and among the ten largest in Europe, against money laundering and fraud charges carrying financial implications of EUR1.6 billion, the largest such case in Romanian history.
