Ronan Finucane is an associate director and member of the financial services and dispute resolution and data, digital and technology departments at KPMG Law LLP. Ronan has over four years’ experience advising clients on all aspects of data protection and financial regulatory compliance. Ronan’s experience includes advising on data protection compliance frameworks and documentation, international data transfers, anti-money laundering compliance and consumer credit lending requirements as well as advising on ad hoc and complex regulatory issues such as the use of biometric verification in financial services products.
