With over 15 years of experience in data and technology law, ICT law, data privacy and cybersecurity, she advises on domestic and international matters involving technology agreements, ICT contracts, data protection, GDPR compliance and AI-related legal questions. Her expertise spans IT system acquisitions, product development, cross-border data transfers and cybersecurity regulatory matters. Rosa holds CIPP/E certification (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe).
