is an associate and member of the banking and finance and corporate/M&A teams. She specialises in advising clients, including financial institutions, on transactions as well as corporate law, and supports Robert David in matters relating to insolvency and restructuring. Radka gained extensive experience at the European Parliament, where she worked with the JURI and IMCO Committees, as well as at the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic. After graduating from Charles University in Prague, she completed an English and European Union law course offered by the British Law Centre in association with Cambridge University.
