About Rafał Siwek

Rafał Siwek is an attorney-at-law who has been with Greenberg Traurig since 2015 and a local partner in the Warsaw office of the firm since 2022. He focuses his practice on real estate. He advises international investors on real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties (shopping galleries, office buildings and logistics warehouses), including forward funding transactions and real estate-related financing and refinancing projects. His experience also includes drafting and negotiating lease agreements as well as complex legal assistance in the corporate restructuring of real estate sector companies and day-to-day advice on commercial and civil law matters.
