About Randy Arévalo

Randy Arévalo is director of the Guayaquil office of VIVANCO & VIVANCO, where his practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, real estate, fiduciary structures and securities law. He advises developers, investors and corporate groups on incorporations and restructurings, share transfers, capital increases and in-kind contributions, as well as the structuring of collective investment funds and trust vehicles for real estate projects. He is a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers and has contributed as an expert to the World Bank’s B-READY project for two consecutive years. Randy is certified as a Data Protection Officer by Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo.
