About Reto Luthiger

Reto Luthiger is a partner at and board member of MLL Legal Ltd and co-head of the Regulatory/FinTech/DLT practice group as well as head of the internal investigations and compliance and insurance industry groups. Reto joined MLL Legal Ltd in 2010, is admitted to the Bar, has a PhD and EMBA. Reto is ranked in various legal directories. He is co-head of the CVA Regulatory Working Group, board director of the GBBC, and CEO of SVIG, a FINMA-recognised self-regulatory organisation for anti-money laundering supervision. He is a member of various organisations, including SAV, ZAV, and CMTA.
