Her practice spans syndicated loans, club deals, bilateral facilities, structured finance, acquisition finance and project finance. She advises financial entities and other lenders, as well as sponsors and corporate borrowers, on complex cross-border and domestic financings, particularly those involving regulated entities and sophisticated structures across the infrastructure, energy and financial services sectors.
