About Rebeca Zamora Picciani

Rebeca Zamora Picciani is the founding partner of HD Compliance and co-leads the firm. A University of Chile lawyer with a Master’s in Criminal Policy from the University of Salamanca, she has advised companies for over a decade on compliance programmes across criminal, anti-corruption, antitrust, tax and data privacy risks, with particular depth in corporate criminal liability and internal investigations, including for pension fund administrators and securities brokers. She is ranked by Chambers & Partners and other legal directories. She authored Investigaciones Internas Corporativas (DER, 2024), directs the Corporate Internal Investigations Diploma at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, teaches criminal law at Chilean universities and serves on the board of Chile Transparente.
