About Reiko Yoshida

Reiko Yoshida is admitted in Japan and is the first Japanese lawyer admitted in the Republic of the Marshall Islands. She advises on shipping and finance, leading complex multi-jurisdictional vessel financings as both lead and local counsel. Her experience includes first-of-their-kind cross-border structures, such as ship investment fund platforms and other asset-backed and fund-based arrangements. Reiko co-ordinates corporate, LLC and limited partnership law issues across jurisdictions and oversees vessel and entity registrations to achieve bankable closings.
