Renata Fialho de Oliveira
leads the firm’s healthcare and life sciences practice. She acts as counsel on complex corporate, commercial and international law issues, representing clients in a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, with particular experience in agreements and issues specific to the healthcare and life sciences industries. Mrs Fialho de Oliveira graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo in 2001. She obtained her Master's degree (2006) and PhD, with distinction (2010), from the Law Faculty of the University of São Paulo, and her LLM degree from Columbia University, New York (2011).
