About Rhiannon Williams

Rhiannon Williams is a partner in Mourant’s Cayman Funds and Corporate practice and specialises in all areas of corporate and commercial work, particularly investment funds. She advises private equity sponsors, investment banks and investment managers on the structuring, formation, regulation and governance of investment fund structures (across a broad range of asset classes), their downstream transactions and exit mechanisms. Additionally, Rhiannon advises on joint venture arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance and regulatory issues. Before joining Mourant in 2016, Rhiannon worked within the Corporate Finance team at Hogan Lovells Cadwalader in London.
