Rhiannon Williams
is a counsel in the corporate and finance practice in Mourant's Cayman Islands office. She specialises in all areas of corporate, finance and commercial work, particularly investment funds. She advises on joint venture arrangements, M&A, corporate finance, corporate governance and regulatory issues, as well as the establishment, management and restructuring of Cayman investment funds. Before joining Mourant in 2016, Rhiannon worked within the corporate finance team at Hogan Lovells in London.
