About Ricarda Schelzke

Ricarda Schelzke is a local partner at GvW Graf von Westphalen and a specialist lawyer in criminal law. For over a decade, she has defended individuals and corporations in white-collar criminal proceedings, including matters involving EU sanctions violations, as well as in complex administrative fine proceedings arising from regulatory non-compliance. Dr Schelzke serves on the Executive Board of the Wirtschaftsstrafrechtliche Vereinigung (WisteV) and is a member of the Constitutional Law Committee of the Deutscher Anwaltverein (DAV). She is widely recognised for her legal publications.
