About Ricardo F. Casellas Sánchez

Ricardo F. Casellas Sánchez is a founding partner of Casellas Alcover & Burgos, where he practises complex commercial litigation, distribution and franchising law, antitrust, product liability and First Amendment defence at trial and on appeal. He has served as lead counsel in over 70 reported federal cases and counsel of record in 22 First Circuit appeals, including civil jury trials in federal court. He clerked for First Circuit Judge Juan R. Torruella, US District Judge José A. Fusté and Magistrate Judge Justo Arenas, sits as an arbitrator for the AAA and ICDR, and mediates for the US District Court of Puerto Rico.
