About Ricardo Ihnen B

Ricardo Ihnen B is a partner at ICMS, where he focuses his practice on corporate, civil, commercial and tax matters. He has also participated in commercial and real estate litigation, and is the leading litigator in eminent domain cases. In addition, Ricardo has handled civil actions relating to the avoidance of transfers of real estate and agricultural lands due to nullity. He attended Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and also has an LLM from the University of Denver. Ricardo is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and an Arbitrator of the National Arbitration Center.
