About Ricardo Nerio

Ricardo Nerio is an associate in Abogados Sierra’s litigation department, with over seven years of experience representing foreign air carriers in Mexico. His practice focuses on disputes and proceedings before immigration, tax, customs, and air transport authorities, as well as complex litigation before Mexican courts. Admitted to practise law after earning his degree from Universidad del Valle de México, Ricardo is currently further specialising through a master’s in constitutional law and amparo at the Instituto de Posgrado en Derecho. His academic focus directly supports the firm’s strategic approach to public law and regulatory litigation.
