He has represented clients before the European Commission, UK Competition and Markets Authority and other jurisdictions; and represented clients in litigation before the European Court in Luxembourg and the UK High Court. Ricardo joined Cleary in 2011 as an associate, having previously practised as a barrister. Recent articles include “CMA Ramps Up Merger Control Enforcement Ahead of Brexit” (2020).
