About Rikrik Rizkiyana

Rikrik Rizkiyana is a partner in Assegaf Hamzah & Partners’ Competition/Antitrust, Consumer and Trade practice group. Rikrik has been deeply involved in competition law for over 20 years. He had an instrumental role in drafting Indonesia’s consumer and competition laws and is a leading authority in the competition and antitrust fields. Prior to joining AHP, Rikrik had a fulfilling career in the government sector, where he acted as an expert consultant over Indonesia’s consumer protection legislation. Currently, Rikrik is also a member of the board of patrons of the Indonesian Competition Lawyers Association (ICLA), a member of the antitrust and international antitrust section at the American Bar Association, and treasurer of the ASEAN Competition Institute.
