About Ruth Nanjobe

Ruth Nanjobe is a senior associate and head of regulatory compliance at TASLAF Advocates. She specialises in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, financial services regulation and fund structuring, and regularly advises private equity sponsors, investors and corporate clients on licensing, regulatory approvals and ongoing compliance obligations. Ruth has extensive experience supporting private equity transactions, legal due diligence and investment structuring, and has advised on the establishment of investment funds and the regulatory framework governing private capital in Uganda. She is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and a member of the Uganda Law Society.
