About Rula Dajani

Rula Dajani is a Kuwaiti lawyer and managing partner of HFW’s Kuwait office. Rula leads the corporate and commercial offering in the Middle East, specialising in transactional matters. She has over three decades of practice in the Gulf Cooperation Council and is valued for her insight not only on legal matters but for her experience in navigating regulatory, government and relationship dynamics unique to the region. She has advised a number of international companies in connection with their regulatory and licensing issues in Kuwait. Rula is qualified in England and Wales, and is also a member of the Kuwait Bar Association with full rights of audience before the Kuwaiti Courts.
