About Rusandra Sandu

Rusandra Sandu is a partner in Kinstellar Bucharest’s office, the co-head of the local M&A and corporate service line, and the co-head of the firm-wide consumer and retail sector. With more than two decades of experience advising on complex corporate and transactional matters, Rusandra has played a leading role in structuring and implementing major foreign investments in Romania. Her expertise covers the full spectrum of corporate and regulatory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and greenfield investments, particularly in retail, automotive and technology industries. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association.
