About Ruslan Akhmetov

Ruslan Akhmetov is head of the corporate structuring practice at Consigliere Group. In addition to corporate structuring, he advises clients on private wealth arrangements, investment funds, cross-border transactions and succession-related ownership structures. Ruslan has more than ten years’ experience in corporate, M&A, private equity and venture capital matters. Prior to joining Consigliere Group, he worked at Ozon, RVC Management Company and EY, where he advised businesses, investment funds and private investors on complex transactions. His practice includes corporate governance, family investment structures, fund formation, restructurings and international asset-holding arrangements. Ruslan holds degrees from the University of London and the Higher School of Economics.
