About Ryan Sandrock
Ryan Sandrock
is a former DOJ antitrust attorney, and is co-chair of Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP’s antitrust practice. Before joining Shook, Ryan served at the United States Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Antitrust Division as a Digital Markets Trial Attorney, where he worked on the groundbreaking Google Search case. Ryan’s other DOJ work included merger litigation, tech investigations, price-fixing investigations, and co-ordination with state and international enforcers. Before joining the DOJ, Ryan was an antitrust partner at Sidley Austin LLP, where he represented clients competing in a wide variety of product markets. In addition, Ryan is an adjunct professor at University of California (UC) College of the Law, San Francisco, where he co-teaches Antitrust and Intellectual Property.
