About Weita Liao

Weita Liao is a partner of LCS and one of the few attorneys qualified in Taiwan, China and the United States. He has represented clients in extensive foreign IPOs, M&A and competition law cases, including some of the most well-known cases in Taiwan. Weita also has significant experience counselling investment managers, listed companies and multinational corporations on regulatory and corporate matters. In terms of China practice, Weita has substantial work experience related to cross-strait investment, and he has been involved in cases relating to some of the biggest semiconductor companies, music companies and e-commerce platforms. Weita also serves as a director in the Taipei Bar Association.
