About Will Bennett

Will Bennett is a lawyer at Thrift McLemore focusing on tax, business and estate planning, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, tax controversies and audit defence. Before joining the firm, he was a corporate tax lawyer at a New York law firm, advising on major corporate restructurings. Will holds an LLM in Taxation from New York University and a JD, magna cum laude, from Mercer University’s Walter F George School of Law.
