About William Humphries

William Humphries is an associate in Slaughter and May’s disputes and investigations group, where he is a member of the arbitration steering committee. He has a broad commercial disputes practice, with experience in advising clients on London and Hong Kong-seated international commercial arbitrations under the rules of the ICC, and in advising clients in respect of claims under investment treaties. William has also published articles on arbitration topics including the proposed reform of the Arbitration Act 1996, the selection of arbitrators, and the confidentiality of arbitral proceedings under English law.
