About William Prasifka

William Prasifka is a partner at Habib Al Mulla and Partners with a practice focusing on arbitration and litigation before the DIFC and ADGM courts. He advises on complex commercial, construction and energy disputes and has acted in proceedings under the ICC, DIAC, LCIA and UNCITRAL rules. Prior to joining the firm, William practised at Clyde & Co in Dubai, where he was a senior associate in the international arbitration team. He is called to the Bar of England and Wales and the Bar of Ireland. William holds a degree in History from Columbia University and a degree in Law from the University of Cambridge.
